CLARITY THROUGH TRANSPARENCY

Clarity Rope Access is a highly specialized team of journeyman tradespeople, including Insulators, E&I Technicians, Pipefitters, and Welders. We operate under certified ABSA AQP and CWB 178.1 quality programs, enabling us to deliver a full range of pressure and structural welding solutions, along with shop fabrication and quality control services. We place safety at the core of every project, emphasizing industry-leading job planning, consistent field-level documentation, and project-specific hazard awareness. Our safe job plans are detailed and actionable—please contact us if you’d like to review a sample.
Our technicians take pride in ongoing professional development and maintaining full transparency with our clients. Through in-house testing, certification, and strong partnerships with industry-leading inspection specialists, we ensure every project is assessed and executed with precision. If we cannot deliver a requested service, we communicate that clearly—avoiding the risks of outsourcing to unfamiliar or unvetted third parties. We protect our standards and your results.
Rather than pursuing rapid, unstructured growth, Clarity focuses on maintaining consistency and efficiency across all inspection services. We believe that optimizing internal processes within a lean, focused organization delivers more reliable results, reduces client costs, and minimizes rework for our team.
Our Rope Access & Mechanical Division holds itself to the highest standards in both safety and professional delivery. From the beginning, we’ve prioritized hiring the most experienced and capable technicians available. Top-tier professionals attract the same caliber of talent, and our commitment to mentorship ensures ongoing development across our team. In a competitive labor market, we offer more than just pay—we offer growth, support, and purpose. This approach has allowed us to scale responsibly while maintaining the high standards our clients expect.
In 2022, Clarity Group formally launched its commitment to reconciliation. In partnership with Chard Métis Nation, we aim to educate and employ Indigenous trades students in Rope Access and Non-Destructive Testing. We work with colleges in Fort McMurray, Lac La Biche, and Cold Lake to increase awareness of opportunities in our field. We’re also proud to partner with Cold Lake First Nations to train and employ young Indigenous tradespeople on local client projects.
Clarity Group welcomes opportunities to expand our community partnerships. If you’re interested in working with us, we’d love to hear from you.
